Welcome to Megas. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using our platform. By using Megas, you enter into an agreement with us on these terms. Please read them carefully.
- •By creating an account or using Megas, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

- •Megas offers paid subscription plans (Premium and Pro) that unlock additional features.
- •Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the payment provider you choose at checkout.
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- •Refunds are handled according to the applicable platform store policies and local law.
- •You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
- •We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the safety of the community.
- •Upon termination, your right to use Megas ends, though some content may remain visible briefly as it is removed from our systems.
- •Megas is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
- •We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- •You use Megas at your own risk.
- •To the fullest extent permitted by law, Megas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- •Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
- •We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
- •Continued use of Megas after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
